Clare is the Volunteer Coordinator for Terrance Higgins Trust and will be working in partnership with Sahir House to deliver volunteering support projects to people living with HIV in Merseyside.

Her role is to set up support networks and offer training and development opportunities to both volunteers and service users within Sahir house and Terrence Higgins Trust.

The People for People project has enabled to provide emotional and practical support to more people living with HIV (PLHIV) by recruiting a good balance of volunteers from all areas of the region.  Volunteers have access to accreditation for their training through the provision of the Terrence Higgins Trust OCN Level 3 Volunteering Award along with other professional development courses.  For more information please contact Clare at Clare.Carter@tht.org.uk.
