Undetectable = Untransmittable
When someone living with HIV takes HIV medication as prescribed, the medication reduces the amount of HIV particles in the blood. When the number of HIV particles in the blood drops below a certain level, HIV becomes undetectable on a HIV test.
Once undetectable, the virus is untransmittable and can’t be passed on to other people!
