Operations & Income Manager

Salary
£44,000 per annum plus 3% employer pension contribution

Hours
35 hours per week
Some evening and occasional weekend work

Contract
Permanent (subject to funding)

Location
Liverpool Office and hybrid working across the Liverpool City Region

About the Role
The Operations & Income Manager will provide strong financial leadership across Sahir’s internal operations while working closely with the Chief Executive Officer to grow and diversify the charity’s income.

The postholder will ensure that Sahir has effective systems, policies, processes and resources in place to deliver high-quality services safely, efficiently and sustainably.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Operations & Income Manager will contribute to the strategic direction of Sahir and help translate the charity’s ambitions into practical delivery.

The role will act as a key link between the Chief Executive Officer, managers, staff, trustees, funders, partners and suppliers.

Business Support Lead

Salary
Circa £27,000 per annum plus 3% employer pension contribution
Pro rata for part time hours

Hours
28 hours per week
Some evening and occasional weekend work

Permanent (subject to funding)

Liverpool Office

About the Role
The Business Support Lead will be responsible for providing high-quality business and administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Sahir. Working closely with the Senior Management Team, the post-holder will lead on the coordination of commissioner and funder reporting, analyse and present service performance data, maintain accurate organisational records, support financial and HR administration, oversee key administrative processes, and manage shared organisational systems.

The role requires excellent report writing, data analysis and organisational skills, ensuring information is presented accurately and professionally to a range of audiences while supporting the effective delivery of services across the organisation.
