How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Service user records: 7 years after case closure
  • Safeguarding records: kept as required by law
  • Donor/supporter records: while active + 6 years for audit

We don’t keep data longer than necessary.

Sharing Your Data

We never sell your data. We may share information only if:

  • You ask us to
