At Sahir, we offer free, confidential, and non-judgemental counselling for people living with or affected by HIV, as well as LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse adults across the Liverpool City Region and Wirral.
Whether you’re newly diagnosed, living long-term with HIV, exploring your identity, or simply need someone to talk to you don’t have to face it alone.
A Space That Understands You
Our counselling service is designed with your experiences in mind. We recognise that living with HIV, navigating identity, or facing stigma can impact your mental health and wellbeing in different ways.
Our qualified therapists provide a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where you can talk openly, without fear of judgement.
