We’re here when you need us. To access the service, you can either self-refer or be referred in by your GP (or other healthcare organisations). We offer a weekly, appointment-based service with qualified therapists.

Improve your understanding of yourself and others around you. There are many reasons that may bring you to counselling. Our therapists are trained to help you find your own solutions so you can make changes in your life and find better ways to cope.

Counselling can help anyone. Safe and compassionate counselling can assist your personal growth, self-awareness, and psychological literacy leading to better emotional wellbeing, mental health and relationships.

The sessions. Intimate and empowering, explore issues from how gender or sexuality is experienced on an individual level, to how a person exists within the social world. The focus is on, and led by you.
