Personalised One-to-One Support

Everyone’s journey is different, which is why we offer one-to-one support services tailored specifically to you. Together, we’ll explore what matters most in your life and create a plan that supports your wellbeing, independence, and future goals.

This might include ongoing check-ins, advocacy on your behalf, or support accessing other services. Our aim is to empower you to feel confident, in control, and supported every step of the way.

Counselling

We offer access to confidential, accredited counselling services delivered by trained professionals who understand the complexities of living with or being affected by HIV.

Counselling can give you the space to explore your thoughts and emotions, process difficult experiences, and develop coping strategies. Whether you’re navigating a recent diagnosis, relationships, identity, or mental health challenges, our counsellors are here to support you in a way that feels safe and empowering.

Testing & Sexual Health

Knowing your status is an important step in taking control of your health. We provide confidential HIV testing and sexual health services, along with prevention tools, information, and guidance.

Our team can support you in understanding your results, accessing treatment, and learning about prevention options such as PrEP and safer sex practices. We aim to create a space where you feel comfortable asking questions and making informed decisions about your health.
